Wisconsin Lions Foundation/Camp
Children with special needs from the Lodi-Poynette-Lake Wisconsin area have attended our Lions Camp in Rosholt, WI for a number of years. Our Club contributes funds which helps them attend free.
It’s a wonderful facility and one of which we are very proud: 440 acres, private lake, 37 buildings including a health center, dining hall. air-conditioned cabins and a number of outdoor activity centers. About 1500 campers with vision, hearing, cognitive or diabetes challenges attend each summer from some 400 Wisconsin communities.
The facility includes an eyeglass recycling center (one of only a few in the U.S.) that processes about one million pairs of glasses a year for missions to developing countries, plus administrative offices of the WLF and much more. You can find out more about our Lions Connections in Contact Us.
